Although we encourage certified coaches and certified counselors to join our platform as mentors, we have many mentors that are not certified coaches or certified counselors.
We provide professionals that can share professional experiences, give advice, offer guidance, and motivate you – since research has shown these are the best mentors. Jeff Bezos (founder of Amazon and the wealthiest man in the United States) was mentored by his old boss. Additionally, Mr. Bezos (who is not a certified coach or counselor) currently offers one of the most intensive mentoring programs.

Our platform takes the old concept of mentorship, adds technology to revitalize the concept, and makes mentorship readily accessible to everyone on one website. You do not have to wait for a formal mentorship program to get started at your company or to ask a supervisor to be your mentor. You can take the initiative to find a mentor or many mentors by using your laptop, tablet, and phone.
