Are you wondering why you are not hearing back from recruiters after you complete interviews?
During the interview, are you positioning yourself as a strong candidate and making a positive impression on the recruiter or hiring team?
Although they can be a huge source of anxiety, interviews are very important! Interviews give both you and the organization the opportunity to assess – through questioning – if you are a good fit for that position with that organization. One study found 33% percent of bosses know within the first 90 seconds of an interview whether they will hire someone.

Interview Etiquette
We will present a list of do’s and don’ts – even discuss what to wear virtually or in-person. When meeting new people, 55% of the impact comes from the way the person dresses, acts and walks through the door. Sixty-five percent of bosses indicate that clothes could be a deciding factor between two almost-identical candidates.

The number one question most likely to be asked is: “Tell me about yourself.” Do you know how to answer this question? Sign up for our class to learn how to answer this question along with other seemingly simple interview questions.
