This class is dedicated to all who need to improve networking skills for both virtual and in-person events. More in-person networking events will hopefully return soon. As we wait for those events, there are still plenty of virtual networking events out there.
We will:
– Discuss how to pick the most worthwhile events based on industry, region and/or career level.
– Review networking etiquette, offer innovative ideas for business card alternatives in addition to provide specific tips & tricks to get the most out of of your networking experience.
– Show how to follow up with people from each networking event. With these specific follow up strategies, you will be able to grow your network resulting in multiplying your connections on LinkedIn.
You will receive extra credit if you add your name to our networking list!
Presenters for this class will be Andrea and Brooke.
