Our mentor matching process is simple. After we finish our 30-minute information-gathering phone call, we will have a better idea of the type of mentor that you need. When we find a mentor that may be a possible match for you, we will email you the mentor's profile. You can accept to move to the next step with the mentor OR decline to move to the next step with the mentor OR ask for more information about the mentor if you need. If you accept to move to the next step, then we will send an introductory email to both you and the mentor. If you decline to move to the next step, then you can simply email us your decision (preferably with explanation). We will send another mentor that may be a better match. Our mentee matching process is simple. After we finish our 30-minute screening phone call, we will have a better understanding of your area(s) of expertise. When we find a mentee that may be a possible match for you, we will email you the mentee's resume and profile. You can accept to be a mentor OR decline to be a mentor OR ask for more information about the mentee candidate if you need. If you accept to be a mentor, then we will send an introductory email to both you and the mentee.
